Frisco Embassy Suites: This is the conference hotel. The reservation cut-off date is March 5th, 2024, or when the room block is full - whichever occurs first. The special room rate for our convention is $159/night plus 2.98% mandatory charge per stay and taxes. The rate shown when booking through our link above includes the 2.98% mandatory charge but excludes tax.

Nominate a Colleague for an SSCA Award
Please consider nominating a worthy colleague or yourself for an SSCA award. The list of association-wide awards may be found at http://www.ssca.net/awards. The list of awards will appear along the left side of the page. The nomination guidelines appear on the main text of the same page. Nominations for awards are sent to the members of the selection committees for each award. The award committees may be found at http://www.ssca.net/award-committees.
Caring Connections
Caring Connections is a dual purpose fund raiser. First, Caring Connections purchases help fund the Association's awards. Second, Caring Connections provides a way for you to thank those friends and colleagues you have worked with during the last year.
Caring Connections consist of a printed card telling the honoree that a donation has been made to SSCA's Awards in their honor and a small fabric appliqué. Recipients wear the appliqué on their name tags at the SSCA convention
