Caring Connections is a dual purpose fund raiser. First, Caring Connections purchases help fund the Association’s Awards. Second, Caring Connections provides a way for you to thank those friends and colleagues you have worked with during the last year.
Caring Connections consist of a printed card telling the honoree that a donation has been made to SSCA’s Awards in their honor and a small fabric appliqué. Recipients wear the appliqué on their nametags at the SSCA convention. If you choose to pre-order Caring Connections, please be sure the honoree will be attending the convention because we cannot mail these honors. If you wish to honor someone that is not attending the convention, you should plan to deliver the Caring Connection yourself. Caring Connections are also available for purchase at the convention, Thursday through Saturday morning.
